
OFFICE BEARERS
A. General Overseer.
Who shall:-
- Be the overseer of the entire body.
- Preside over all meetings.
- Work in consultation with the Central Board members.
- Be also a signatory to the A.I.I.C.S.F. accounts.
- Invite ministers.
B. General Secretary.
Who shall:-
- Receive notices on behalf of the Central Board and attend to all correspondence.
- Maintain proper records and register of the central board, which shall be handed over to the successor.
- Send notices for meetings, as may be required by the Central Board from time to time.
- Write the agenda in consultation with the Central Board and record minutes of all meetings.
- Accept any responsibility as may be delegated by the General Overseer.
C. Pastoral and Administrative-in-Charge.
Who shall:-
- Oversee and coordinate the evangelical work of the entire body.
- Submit the report of the evangelical work to the Central Board and all fellowships.
- Advise the General overseer on matters related to the general administration of the entire body.
- Be responsible for any Bible study material and tracts needed by the fellowship.
D. Financial-in-Charge.
Who shall:-
- Be in charge of the finances of A.I.I.C.S.F. and a joint signatory of the A.I.I.C.S.F. accounts with the General Overseer.
- Keep and maintain the accounts and records of receipts and payments of A.I.I.C.S.F. and hand over the same to the successor.
- Send financial reports regularly to local fellowships concerning the expenditure of the Central Board, annual convention and winter conferences or any other meetings which may be organized by A.I.I.C.S.F.
- Be accountable to the Central Board for any loss or misuse of funds reflected in the accounts.
- Not make any payment for disbursements whatsoever without the signature of the General Overseer.
- Submit the annual return accounts to the charity commission in Pune with the help of a registered chattered accountant.
- Be assigned any other financial obligation by the General Overseer.
E. Editor-in-chief.
Who shall:-
- Be responsible for various publications of A.I.I.C.S.F.
- Have authority to verify and sanction the manuscripts of any publication in the local fellowships before final publications.
- Head the editorial board which shall be appointed by the central board.
F. Sisters'-in- Charge.
There shall be two sisters in-charge one representing the northern zone and the other representing the southern zone.
They shall:-
-Oversee the sisters' spiritual welfare in conjunction with the General Overseer.
- Encourage the sisters in the execution of the sister's vision.
- Perform any other matters proper and fitting as per sisters' biblical ministry, including the sisters' conference in consultation with the Central Board.
- Advice the Central Board on matters concerning the sisters.
