History Of Victory Fellowship International

All India International Christian Student’s Fellowship is a body of born-again believers with a heavenly vision. The bible says that where there is no vision the people perish. Bearing this in mind, a group of believers, basically Africans, after much prayer and seeking the face of God, launched the fellowship in 1983 December. The primary objective of this fellowship at first was to promote evangelism among university students of various nationalities. Thereafter, its activities were extend to cater for the spiritual needs of the local believers and non-believers as well. At present, the fellowship is made up of believers from different nations of the world beside students. The history of AIICSF covers many aspects especially the activities that it has been engaged in since it was launched
                In 1983 December there was a meeting in Udaipur where the vision was shared. This meeting resulted in a chain of spiritual awakening meetings
                In 1984 October the first convention ever in the history of AIICSF was held in Jabalpur.
                In 1985 October, Jabalpur (Pilgrim Christian Fellowship) organized an Evangelistic Crusade where Rev. Wasker was the guest speaker and many souls came to the Lord. Towards the end of 1985, Pune Fellowship hosted the second AIICSF convention in which about Fifteen Fellowships from all over India were represented.
                In June 1986 convention which was held in Nagpour, where about 120 delegates from various fellowships were present, a prophecy came forth; “Go and train Commandoes”. As you will see the subsequent years witnessed the fulfillment of the same. Today Victory fellowship has branches in Mombasa, kisumu, while the headquarters are in Nairobi. On 22-24/12/86 an evangelistic meeting and subsequently the first mini-convention was held in Agra. Many souls came to the Lord; others received their deliverance and Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
                February 12th to 15th 1987 witnessed an outreach program orgainised by Chandigarh fellowship in which Bro. Kepha Omae (Jabalpur) and ministered. Many were revived healed saved and delivered in these meetings. Thereafter the team proceeded to Udaipur and Aligarh for summer raids. Pune fellowship held an international night early ’87.
                On 30th June – 5th July 1987, Delhi fellowship hosted the main convention whose theme was, “God and let the people know what God can do”.
“The Kingdom Strikes Back” Crusade was held in Bombay on 9th – 10th October 1987. This crusade witnessed the birth of Bombay fellowship with Bro. Ashok as the Overseer.
The first AIICSF Leaders’ meeting was held in Union Theological Seminary in Pune on 23rd – 24th Oct 1987. The deliberations included the vision of AIICSF and the running of all the affiliated fellowships. This gave birth to what today is known as the “Poona Declaration” where the southern and Northern zones were created, hence leading to December Mini-Conventions, now Winter Conferences being held concurrently. Ahemdabad organized special meetings in Nov 1987. On 12th Nov 1987 Pune changed its name to Victory Fellowship Pune. Concurrently Hyderabad and Bhopal hosted the first Mini Conventions on 28th – 30th December’87.
                1988 saw the continuation of Summer Raids in various stations: Chandigarh held an outreach programme in February, Udaipur the same with Bro. Simon Musaya and Peter Ibeawuchi as the speakers. Baroda’s meeting had Pastor Mucha and Ev. Augie David.
1st-5th June, Jabalpur held similar programmes with Pastor Stephen George as the Speaker; forty souls came to the Lord.
