
History Of Victory Fellowship International
Here and there the vision spread like a bush fire in the savannah Grasslands of Africa reaching Ludhiana, Amritsar, Indore, Jaipur, Anand, Kolhapur, Surat, Aurangabad, Nagpur to name but a few. This revival had a lot to do to make All India what it is today. On 28th June to 3rd July 1988, there was Jaipur Xplo’88 in which Bro. Manohar of Rays of Love Ministry, Rev. E.A Ade3boye (Redeemed Church of God, Lagos, Nigeria), Captain A.M Samwel (Maranatha) were the Guest Speakers. On 2/7/88, the Late Sis. Jannet Koki Ngulli shared the Sisters’ vision. Thus Jaipur was the birth-place of the vision. Her and Sister Rose Njahira (by then in Hyderabad became sister-in-charge in the Central Board.) September’88 Central Board meeting was held in Delhi. The leaders’ meeting in Bhopal in the same month majored on implementation of “Poona Declaration”. On 24/9/88 Udaipur held an outreach programme in Ajmer which led the birth of Ajmer fellowship with Sis. Jane Kositany as the Overseer. Patiala fellowship began towards the end of 1988 with Sis. Beatrice Kenduiywa as the Overseer. From 27th-29th Dec 1988 mini-conventions were held in Udaipur and Kolhapur concurrently.
In 1989 various activities continued in All India circles. In Jan’89 Indore fellowship was officially began. In February, Chandigarh had its yearly outreach programme. Almost at the same time, Victory fellowship Pune had its annual international night.
Visiting Pastors from Kenya- pastor Patrick Thou and Isaac Kamau (All from Chrisco) had meetings in Jabalpur, Baroda, Agra, Pune and Bombay.
On 4th & 5th March, Victory fellowship, Pune visited Mysore after that to Daund and Aurangabad on 18th-19th March 1989 for Evangelistic Meetings, where many got saved. On 10th May 1989 there was Ranchi outreach Bro. Keplaomac and Team ministered. They also visited Pune, Kolhapur and finally Hyderabad to prepare for the main convention.
New fellowships were started in Mangalore, Mysore, Goa, Ajmer and Aurangabad. On 27th June to 3rd July ’89 there was Hyderabad Spiritual Revolutionary in which Pastor Stephen George (Agra) and Evangelist Stanley Isaac Kamau (Kenya) were the guest speakers.
18th - 22nd July 1989, Aurangabad had a crusade and Pastor Stephen George was the speaker. On 26th -29th October 1989 there was a leaders meeting in Kolhapur. Almost at the same time Agra had a joint crusade with Bhopal whose venue was in Agra.
On 28th October 1989 Ludhiana fellowship was born. Mini conventions were held in Aurangabad and Indore on 27th-31st December 1989 respectively. On 1st January 1990 Kurukshetra fellowship was born. February 1990 meetings continued elsewhere as per the leading of the Holy Spirit. In February 1990 Patiala held an outreach programme.
On 1st-3rd June 1990 Jabalpur had an evangelistic meeting. In the same time a new fellowship started in Dharwad and Kurukshetra.
The main convention to open 1990’s was in Agra on 28th June 1990 to 5th July 1990 referred to as “Agra Deeper life ‘90” in all India circles. Pastor Patrick Thou and Isaac Kamau (all from Chrisco Kenya) were the speakers. Leaders meeting in Pune on 30th August 1990 – 2nd September 1990, issues at hand included problems in the central board, evangelizing this land and running of branch fellowships. Many things were set right. 6 Evangelistic zones where created i.e. Bombay, Mangalore, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ajmer and Indore. In November 1990 Beloved Bro. Joshua Kimeu of Aurangabad went to be with the Lord. His sudden demise left a big vacuum in AIICSF. On 28th -30th December 1990 the mini conventions were held in Lucknow and Bombay.
