A . Overseer.
Who shall:- - Be head of the executive committee and preside over committee meetings.
- Choose topics and speakers and make any necessary arrangements for special meetings and programs.
- Have powers to look into the financial matters.
- Work in consultation with any other committee members.
- In case a sister is elected to be an overseer, she automatically becomes the sisters' representative in the fellowship.
B. Vice Overseer.
Who shall:- - Assist the overseer in executing the duties.
- Carry out the work of making announcements in the fellowship.
- Do any other work the Overseer delegates or authorizes him to do.
C. Secretary.
Who shall:- - Be responsible for all correspondence.
- Maintain the fellowship files, records and minutes books.
- Draw the agenda of the committee meetings in consultation with the Overseer.
- Record minutes of general, committee and any other meetings.
- Establish the venue of various programs and consequent arrangements for all.
- Be responsible for sending notification letters of events, happenings and programs of the fellowship to the General Secretary and other secretaries.
D. Treasurer.
Who shall:- - Perform duties and exercise power in relation to the accounts of the fellowship.
- Submit two financial reports annually to the Overseer, who shall lay them before the executive committee for final approval.
- Keep and maintain accounts and financial records.
- Be responsible for any loss reflected in the accounts and misuse of funds.
- Not make any payments for disbursements whatsoever without the signature of the Overseer.
E. Sisters' Representative.
- Who shall work hand in hand with the local Overseer to encourage the execution of the sisters' vision in the local fellowship in ministering:-
" To God.
" To the saints.
" To the world in preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of unbelievers.
F. Committee Member.
- They shall perform duties as bestowed by the Overseer.
Note: The local fellowship may create other posts in addition or instead of some of the above as they deem fit.
