THE ZONAL COMMITTEE.
A. Zonal coordinator
- There shall be a zonal coordinator who shall be head of the zonal committee and preside over zonal committee meetings.
- Organize together with the zonal committee evangelical work in consultation with the local overseers of the zone.
B . Zonal Secretary cum Treasurer.
Who shall:- - Receive notices on behalf of the zonal committee and attend to all correspondence that pertains to the zone.
- Draw the agenda of the zonal committee meeting in consultation with the zonal committee.
- Be responsible for sending notification letters of events, happenings and programs of the zone to the Central Board through the Pastoral-in-Charge.
- Be responsible for the zonal accounts, keep and maintain financial records and submit them to the local fellowships in the zone.
C. Zonal Sisters' Representative.
- She shall encourage the execution of the sisters' vision in the zone
